Continuing its efforts to support scholarly and research events across the Arab world, Dar Almandumah sponsored the Second International Conference of the Omani Libraries and Information Association, held at Avani Muscat Hotel from February 27 to 28, 2023, under the title “Information Institutions and Digital Content.” The conference was inaugurated under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Dhoyani, Chairman of the National Records and Archives Authority.
Dar Almandumah also participated with a dedicated booth at the exhibition accompanying the conference, which—as usual—attracted notable interest from exhibition visitors and conference participants, who expressed their admiration for the level of development in Dar Almandumah’s databases in terms of content, services, and broad coverage of most Arabic scholarly output.
