In the presence of His Excellency the Vice President of King Abdulaziz University for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Adnan bin Hamza Zahid, a joint cooperation agreement was signed between the University and Dar Almandumah at noon on Monday, 15 Dhu al-Qi’dah 1433 AH.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the University by His Excellency the Dean of Library Affairs and Director of the Scientific Publishing Center, Prof. Abdulrashid Hafez. Under the agreement, the contents of the journals published by the University will be made available to researchers and academic and research institutions across the Arab world through Dar Almandumah’s databases.
Dr. Ali bin Shuwaish Al-Shuwaish, General Manager of Dar Almandumah, who signed the agreement on behalf of the company, praised this step, explaining that providing access to the University’s journals holds great importance for researchers and scholars due to the distinguished reputation of these journals. He added that this agreement will be a major and valuable contribution to enriching Arabic scholarly content available online.
