Our Arab countries, along with the entire world, have been experiencing severe hardship and great challenges as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, which spread across all nations without exception. In light of this, and out of Dar Almandumah’s sense of its leading role in serving the Arab scholarly and academic community, the company launched the “We Are With You” initiative to support Arab universities and scientific institutions during this difficult period. Through this initiative, non-subscribing universities were granted access to all six of our databases during this period, while universities already subscribed to some of our databases were enabled to access all of them. This was intended to meet the needs of researchers and students during the period of university closures, curfews, and stay-at-home measures.
We pray to Almighty God that this initiative will help meet researchers’ needs and facilitate their access to the vast body of studies and resources available through Dar Almandumah’s databases.
Finally, we pray that God may lift this pandemic and this hardship from people and nations as soon as possible. He is indeed capable of all things.
