Dar Almandumah launched EduSearch, the first full-text Arabic database specialized in education, as part of the activities of the 6th conference of the Library and Information Association.
The company also provided a one-month trial of EduSearch at several Saudi universities so that faculty members and graduate students could search the database, benefit from its content, and evaluate its services and the extent to which it meets their academic and research needs.
By the grace of God, the database received strong appreciation from researchers and professionals in the academic and educational fields. They expressed their satisfaction with the availability of Arabic-language databases that serve Arab researchers and fill a pressing need in this field.
Saudi and Gulf universities then began requesting subscriptions to EduSearch and seeking to include it among the databases made available to researchers and faculty members.
