In affirmation of the distinguished partnership between Dar Almandumah and the University of Jordan, Dar Almandumah participated for the fourth consecutive year as an official sponsor of the 3rd International Conference on Electronic Publishing and its accompanying exhibition, organized by the University Library and held at the university campus from July 10 to 12, 2018, under the theme “Create, Communicate, and Collaborate,” under the patronage of Professor Ahmad Majdoubeh, Vice President for Humanities Colleges, and with the participation of Professor Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary-General of the Association of Arab Universities.
Dar Almandumah also had a distinguished participation through a dedicated booth in the exhibition accompanying the conference, which—as usual—attracted notable interest from exhibition visitors and conference participants.
During his visit to Dar Almandumah’s booth after inaugurating the accompanying exhibition, Professor Ahmad Majdoubeh praised the outstanding level of partnership between the university and Dar Almandumah, noting that it had become a model to be followed by Arab universities and that Dar Almandumah’s databases had become a primary source for researchers across the Arab world. Professor Amr Ezzat Salama also highlighted the importance of Dar Almandumah’s major role in enhancing the quality of scholarly research in the Arab world, while commenting on the citation index project recently signed with Dar Almandumah.
